1. What are the benefits to membership?
By signing up for our new membership center, you can start earning rewards points towards future online purchases. With a free account, for each $1 you spend, you will earn 1 point, redeemable at a rate of 50 points = $1 discount on a future purchase. In addition, creating an account will allow you access to an organized listing of your order history, ideal for future reference.
2. How do I sign up?
First, navigate to our website: abclonal.com. Once you are on our home page, click the “Profile” icon in the top right corner. This icon is circled in red below:
From there, you will see a sign-in prompt. Click the “Register” button, circled in red below:
Next, to create your account, enter your information and optionally select a research area of interest from the dropdown menu. Once you have successfully created your account, you can click the same “Profile” icon in the top right corner, and select “Profile” from the dropdown menu. Under the “My Points” tab, you can see how many points you have earned, and view your order history, as shown below:
3. How do I collect points?
You can earn loyalty points by purchasing any of our catalog products through our online ordering system. While logged into your account, for each $1 you spend (before shipping fees), you will earn 1 point. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future online purchases, with 50 points = $1 discount.
4. What can I do with points?
You can redeem your rewards points for discounts on future online purchases of catalog products. At the checkout page, you will see a slider and text box where you can select the amount of points you would like to redeem on your purchase.
5. Are the points only earned through online orders?
Yes, at the moment points can only be accrued through orders placed on our website. If you are experiencing difficulties in placing your order online, or if you have any questions about our products, feel free to reach out to our expert support team here.
6. Can I place online orders with a PO (purchase order) instead of a credit card?
Yes, you can. In order to do so, when you have reached the checkout page at purchase, under “Payment Method”, select the “Purchase Order (PO) No.” option. Be sure to enter the PO number, and attach a copy of the purchase order document. You should see the following on the checkout page:
